Paying
Early bird, mid-year joining and how corporates subscribe
Save 10% with early bird
The membership year runs 1 July to 30 June. Settle your subscription on or before 31 July and the portal automatically takes 10% off your annual subscription — no code, no paperwork.
Joining mid-year? Pay only for what is left
Join in November and you pay for eight months, not twelve. Your invoice is prorated month by month to 30 June, so you are never charged for cover you did not use.
Invoices generated for you
Every member gets a numbered SITPA invoice in the portal showing fees, discounts and the period covered — ready for your finance office, with receipts logged once the secretariat confirms payment.
How corporates and Saccos subscribe
- 1. Complete the corporate application form in the portal — organisation details, billing contact and the ICT staff to be enrolled under the account.
- 2. The portal issues a numbered invoice for the corporate subscription, prorated or early-bird discounted where it applies.
- 3. Pay by M-Pesa paybill or bank deposit, quoting the invoice number on the deposit slip.
- 4. Record the M-Pesa code or bank reference in the portal. The secretariat confirms it and activates every named staff membership.
